Create a standalone php script
Create a standalone php script that can be installed on own server and included into any script be it a CMS or a custom site.
Create some API.

allow styles to be ommited from seeing the livestats hover graphic such as mobile styles
If on a mobile device, viewing the site with a gigantic "Tweets" or "Stats" graphic blocks too much of the viewing area. The enabling should be selective per styles.
